- Qualifications: What are they experienced doing and what software are they using
- Services offered: What would be most valuable for you to hand over? You may not need or want everything outsourced. In some cases, we just do the data entry to make sure things stay current.
- Time saved: How much time would you save and could it be diverted to a more productive task?
